Day 1 – Addis Ababa

Arrive to Bole International Airport, meet with us and optional Addis Ababa City Tour. Overnight – Addis Ababa

Day 2 -4:   Maze National Park

Drive towards the savanna Grassland, Maze National Park and explore wildlife such as Swayne’s Hartebeest, Lion, Warthogs, orbi, Bohor red buck, buffalo, bushbuck, waterbuck, greater kudu, lesser kudu, bush pig, onibus baboon, vervet monkey, leopard, wild cats, serval cat. Overnight – camping – Maze Park

Day 5:   Explore the park and drive to Sodo City.  Overnight – Hotel – Sodo

Day 6–7: Cheberara Churchura National Park

Drive to Cheberara Churchura. Expected wildlife: African elephant, hippopotamus, buffalo, lion, and leopard. The savanna grassland is amazing, tall above human height.  Overnight – Tented camp- Cheberara Churchura National Park.

Day 8: Cheberara Churchura National Park – Jima

Explore the park and drive to Jima City.  Overnight – Hotel – Jima

Day 9 -11 Days:  Jima – Gambela National Park

Drive to Gambela and to Gambela National Park. Explore the park. Visiting Gambella National Park is best between Mid-February and June. The Park is known for Africa’s second-largest antelope migration, an estimated 1.2 million white-eared/tailed kob, crosses into Ethiopia from South Sudan.

If chance favors, the endangered Nubian giraffe might be seen. Nile lechwe, Lelwel hartebeest and tiang, lion, leopard, buffalo and elephant, and the largely terrestrial patas monkey are the expected wildlife.  The Shoebill Bird also shelters here. Nuer and Agnuak Tribes Villages are also worthy to be visited. Overnight – Tented camp – Gambela national Park

Day 12 – Gambela

Come back to Gambela city from the park. Overnight – at Best Hotel – Gambela

Day 13:  Fly from Gambela to Addis

Fly to Addis Ababa. Overnight – hotel – Addis Ababa

Day 14:  Departure

Departure at your time (end of the tour)
